Containerized Battery Energy Storage (BESS) is a cost-effective way to store energy. It is becoming increasingly popular due to its scalability and flexibility. GESS provides a wide range of BESS sizes and capacities that can be tailored to your project requirements. You can choose from standard sizes or have them custom-made for your specific needs. With GESS, you can rest assured that you will get the perfect BESS for your project, no matter the size or capacity needed.

Cooling Methods

Liquid cooling - GESS is able to offer a liquid cooling system for BESS. It is a highly efficient cooling method that uses a liquid coolant to dissipate heat from the battery. The coolant flows through a network of tubes, absorbing heat from the battery cells and carrying it away to a radiator, where it is dissipated into the environment. Our system is highly efficient and reliable, allowing for consistent performance and extended lifespan of the battery cells.

Air cooling - GESS can offer an air cooling system. It is a method of dissipating heat from the battery cells by using air flow. It is a cost effective and simple cooling method that does not require any additional infrastructure.

BMS (Battery Management System)

  • Consists of BMU (Battery Management Unit), BCMU (Battery Cluster Management System) and BSMU (Battery Stack Management Unit)
  • Communication protocols - Ethernet, CAN, Modbus, TCP/IP and etc.
  • Communication interfaces - Ethernet, CAN bus, Modbus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and etc.
  • Monitors and controls battery charging and discharging processes
  • Provides real-time information about the state of the battery, including voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge
  • Optimizes battery performance and extends battery life
  • Protects the battery from overcharging, overheating, and other conditions that could cause damage or safety issues
  • Enables remote monitoring and control of the battery system
  • Can be integrated with other components of the battery energy storage system for seamless operation and control

4GWh Annual Supplying Capacity

  • Annual production capacity of 4GWh BESS battery energy storage system.
  • Capability to supply over 300Mwh monthly, with GESS QC Engineers on standby to ensure the quality.
  • Comprehensive shipping arrangement from GESS, providing real-time monitoring via their portal.

GESS is revolutionizing the world of energy storage with its containerized battery energy storage system. By combining with some of the world's largest manufacturers, GESS is able to supply up to 4GWh of BESS annually. This makes it one of the largest suppliers in the world, and it is only growing bigger as more people are turning to renewable energy sources.
The containerized BESS system allows for easy installation and maintenance, making it a great choice for large-scale applications. It also offers flexibility in terms of capacity and power output, allowing users to tailor their needs accordingly. Additionally, GESS's advanced technology ensures that these batteries are highly efficient and reliable.
This makes GESS's containerized battery energy storage system an ideal solution for those looking for a cost-effective and reliable way to store renewable energy. With its high supplying capacity, GESS can provide a great deal of clean energy to meet our future needs.
