Largest production capacity and consistent delivery

With the help of well-known major production facilities in Japan, GESS is able to deliver up to 100,000 solar panels per month on time to any location in the world.
Clients do not want to worry about the items' quality or deadlines because GESS is in charge of overseeing all manufacturing quality issues and shipping logistics.

Half Cell Mono Perc

Half-cut cell mono PERC solar modules have solar cells that are cut in half, which improves the solar module’s performance and durability. Traditional 60-cell and 72-cell solar panels will have 120 half-cut cells and 144 half-cut cells, respectively. When solar cells are halved, their current is also halved, so resistive losses are lowered and the solar cells can produce more power.
  • Reduced resistive losses
  • Higher shade tolerance
  • Reduce Power Loss
  • Improved Heat Dissipation

Mono-Crystalline

Regarded as a premium solar product, you can enjoy up to a maximum of 19.3% of module efficiency with GESS Solar SKP- 6MA 375W Mono Crystalline product module.
Because monocrystalline solar cells are made out of a single crystal of silicon, electrons can flow easier through the cell, which makes the PV cell efficiency higher than other types of solar panels. The higher efficiency of monocrystalline solar panels means that they require less space to reach a given power capacity.
  • They have the highest level of efficiency at 17-22%
  • .
  • They require less space compared to other types due to their high efficiency.
  • .
  • This form of solar cell lasts the longest, they comes with 25-year warranty.
  • .
  • These panels exhibit greater heat resistance.
  • .
  • They perform better in low levels of sunlight, making them ideal for cloudy areas.

Polycrystalline

These solar panels are made of multiple photovoltaic cells. Each cell contains silicon crystals which makes it function as a semiconductor device. The lifetime warranty for solar panels is 25 years and their lifespan is 40 years.
  • Polycrystalline solar panels are more eco-friendly than monocrystalline solar panels as they do not require individual shaping and placement of each crystal and most of the silicon is utilized during production. So, very less waste is produced.
  • The acceptable maximum temperature of polycrystalline solar panels is 85 °C while the acceptable minimum temperature is -40 °C.
  • Polycrystalline solar panels have lower heat tolerance than monocrystalline panels. So, at higher temperatures, these solar panels have lower efficiency than others.
  • Polycrystalline solar panels have a higher temperature coefficient than monocrystalline panels.
  • These panels have a high power density.
  • They come with a structural frame of their own which makes mounting cheaper and simpler.
  • Polycrystalline panels are suitable for roof mounted arrays.
  • Used in large solar farms to harness the power of the sun and supply electricity to nearby areas.
  • Used in standalone or self-powered devices such as traffic lights in remote areas, off-grid households, etc.
